Trying to find a fun, free, family-friendly event during the summer can be a real challenge, so allow us to help! Now through early-September, the city of Thousand Oaks is putting on a free summer concert series!

     The series features a diverse lineup of local and cover bands, such as Melvin Seals and the Walking Phoenixes. The shows begin promptly at 5:00 pm at Conejo Community Park. Pack a picnic dinner and blanket, or go hungry, as there will be local food vendors on-site providing refreshments. Alternatively, make a whole night out of the event and visit a nearby restaurant before or after the show, like local favorite Exotic Thai Cafe! Also, a tip, bring a jacket, as it does cool down considerably at night.
