But don’t stress out, December should be a time for family fun. Here is a quick list of a few awesome events taking place near your apartment this weekend. Show up to one and get into the holiday fun.<\/p>\n

9 a.m.-noon — Home Depot Workshop: “How to Build a Gingerbread Man Candy Dish”<\/p>\n

This free workshop helps kids building a gingerbread man at the Home Depot on 22855 Victory Blvd. The little ones get to keep their creations and even get a free apron.<\/p>\n

9 a.m.-3 p.m. — The West Valley Christian Church presents a Holiday Boutique: Located at 22450 Sherman Way, the church will present a mini holiday festival with a bake sale, crafts vendors, books, raffles and other items.<\/p>\n
