This Halloween the Shadow Ranch Recreation Center will be hosting its annual Halloween Festival for kids and families in the community. Presented by the Neighborhood Council, the festival takes place on Saturday, October 29th at 10 am and all West Hills residents are invited to attend this family-friendly community event. Halloween can be scary for the little ones and if you are in need of something that focuses less on the scares and more on the fun, there may be no better event to visit.
