Fish Tacos – that wonderful combination of fresh battered or grilled fish, fresh veggies and a tortilla has probably been eaten by people in Mexico for years, the last few years have seen a surge in this delicacy that goes beyond the surfer and Baja crowd.  But where do you find the best fish tacos near your West Hills apartment.
