Each year we celebrate the start of a New Year and say goodbye to the previous year.  In just a few short weeks we will be celebrating the year of the Monkey!  Living near LA you have a number of options for a New Year’s Eve celebration with hundreds of parties in the LA area, but if you would like to stay closer to your West Hills apartment, we have a few ideas for you.

1) You could stay at home and celebrate the start of a New Year in your jammies or sweats!  Turn on the TV and watch Ryan Seacrest and Fergie simulcast from New York and Las Vegas.  This star studded event includes stars such as One Direction, Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Wiz Khalifa, Demi Lovato and Jimmy Buffet.  The best thing about this show is that it is bi-coastal, so you can ring in the New Year at both 9pm (PST) and midnight (if you stay awake that long.

2) Invite friends over and have a New Year’s Eve dinner and drinks.  Choose something simple or join the thousands in America who order Chinese take out and celebrate the year of the monkey in your West Hills apartment.

3) In nearby Westlake Village you can enjoy one of the special meals at the Four Seasons or at 9:30 head to the Four Seasons to The Bar to celebrate NYE with music and a champagne toast.

4) Ahora in Westlake Village also has a New Year’s Eve six-course NYE Count Down Menu.  They still have some availability.
